Does Brain Training for DS actually work?
Or is it that you get used to doing the same puzzles everday, so are sure to get better at the puzzles? Also, Are You meant to do your Brain Age Test before or after training?
Actually, Brain training does work. It was designed by a psychologist to inform you about what exactly you can do with Your Brain. It actually does raise your IQ as well. My IQ was recently 132 (decent score), now it is raised to 177 with just 1 month of playing Brain Age. Oh and since your are using Brain Age, you are supposed to do it before. (at least I do)
